Sample Swatch Policy & Instructions

We regret to inform you that our Free Sample Swatch program has come to an end, and are in the process of transitioning over to charging $.50 per swatch, and up to 20 swatches will ship for free.

This is due to the increased ability of AI bots to order free product and clog up our order queue, and our inability to distinguish a legitimate order from a bot order.  The amount of time it was taking for us to figure out this distinction was detrimental to us being able to process legitimate customer orders in a timely fashion.

This was a decision that we did not come to lightly, and it really breaks our hearts that we are no longer able to provide this as a free service.  It was a policy that we founded our company on in the early days of online shopping, and we know that was one of the reasons many of you chose to order from us.  We hope that you will continue to do so, as we feel that $.50 for each swatch is still a very nominal fee.  Why $.50?  Because our credit card processor will not allow us to charge less than that.

We will continue to evaluate our new paid policy and may need to adjust it going forward depending on the level of service we are able to provide.  We appreciate your understanding that this is something that is basically out of our control, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Sample swatches are approximately 3" x 3" square but can vary, and are not sent in yards as it says on the website.  Sample swatches are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. 

Ordering Instructions:

There is a link to the Sample Swatch page in the Description of each fabric.  Scroll down to the description underneath the picture of the wide back, and you will see the link on the first line of the description. 

You can also go to the drop down Sample Swatch menu near the top of the any page (this is still under construction), and select the category you are looking for, but for now you can find all the samples listed under "Shop ALL Samples".

You can also use the search bar at the top of the page and search for a particular fabric.
