All fabric is sent in continuous yardage. French Fuse may not be continuous unless specified on your order. Pre-washing of wide backs is recommended; please allow for up to 8% shrinkage in the width. There is a limit of 2 battings for free shipping. We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL and usually ship within 3-4 business days. If you are in a hurry to receive your order, please add a note to your order, give us a call, or send an email and we will make every effort to get your order shipped out asap. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, and sometimes on Saturdays. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships unless you have ordered free sample swatches.
**Please make sure to provide a valid email address on your order as you will be notified by email if anything is on back order. Please add us to your address book so our emails do not end up in your spam folder***

Delivery time starts when your order is shipped and does not include order processing time. All Standard orders shipping within the United States will be shipped via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage (2 - 7 day delivery), Priority Mail (2 -3 day delivery), or UPS Ground (2 - 7 day delivery).
Expedited orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail (1 - 2 day delivery) or UPS Second Day or Next Day Delivery. If you need guaranteed overnight delivery, we can ship via FedEx or UPS; please call or email us for a quote.

We have no control over these fees, and the length of time your order may take to go through customs. We are not responsible for orders once they have arrived in your country; you must work with your local customs and postal office. Please contact your local postal service for more information. International orders will NOT be shipped as a "gift" or at a lower declared value.

**We are no longer shipping to the UK and EU due to VAT taxes. Please be advised you are ordering at your own risk from outside the US. We will no longer issue refunds for lost packages once they have left the US. We are not responsible for tracking packages once they leave the US and will not issue a refund if lost. We will assist with any information possible but order at your own risk. **
